Delete Account and Data

This page explains how My Sugar Coach users can request deletion of their account and associated app data. The My Sugar Coach public website does not require login, and account deletion is handled from inside the mobile app.
Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your account directly from inside the My Sugar Coach mobile app.
- 1Open My Sugar Coach
- 2Go to Profile or Settings
- 3Open Account
- 4Tap Delete Account
- 5Confirm deletion
What Data Is Deleted
When your account deletion is completed, My Sugar Coach deletes account data associated with your app account, including:
- account profile
- meal logs
- glucose logs
- meal plans
- grocery lists
- preferences, allergies, exclusions
- AI coaching/chat history
- notification device tokens
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons. Any retained records are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
Permanent Deletion
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your My Sugar Coach account, app history, logs, plans, insights, or coaching history.
